Organizing
Cow admits to having waaaay too many links...favorites bookmarked on several different browsers, links on my blog, links here, there, everywhere.
Cow has decided to get organized and put all in One Place: Google Reader.
To this end, she's moved her blog links to her Reader. You aren't gone, you're just mooooved.
Moo!

Good idea!!
Organisation. Pcha! How unprofessional. Far better to have them all written down on index cards and lost down the back of the reference pamphlet file. (-:
Oh no, wait! It wasn't a joke. That is what some of our reference librarians did.
I keep all mine in RSS. I actually cleaned mine out recently..I had a bunch of old links I had to clean out. Kudos for the organization of it all :)
Another one joins the club! But you can still have links as well.
What does any of this mean?
I've got a bunch of subscriptions I can access via my google reader, but I like people to have an idea what I like to read.
What I did was to create a new post, backdate it so that it was several months (even years) old, and cut and paste my blogroll to there, and and viola!
Now I did create a link to it from my sidebar...
Bookmarks are my biggest mess now that I've cleaned out my RSS reader. I'm always finding stuff I don't even remember visiting much less saving. I could delete half and still have too many!

Dear Ms. Pouncer.....
Cow was just explaining that the links of the sidebar of her blog have been moved but not deleted.
If you go to Google and choose "More" you'll see on there Google Reader, it's a way to subscribe to feeds from blogs so you don't have to click on each one, they "come to you" in your inbox.
Sorry about the confusion.
Moo!
I keep wanting to try this Reader but never find the time.
