The Dark Knight
Cow can only say "Wow" to Christian Bale. Wow to Aaron Eckhart, and Wow to production values, the Batcar and to calling him "The Batman."
It WAS dark....but the cool factor made up for a bit of depressing apocalyptic vision of the world.
Best of all though, was a preview trailer for "A Quantum of Solace" the new James Bond. Oh my. Topiary will definitely be seeing that. How considerate of them to show so much of Mr. Bond's musculature and fine physique. Oh my.

I was put off the cinema a bit when they started using colour film.
The Batman! Does that mean all the other Batmen were fakes!
I hope they watered you so that you didn't wither during that marathon of film watching.

GB: The indeed! Possibly, the others were just "a" batman, implying several? Or fake? (There have been quite a lot of them, but Cow thinks this The Batman definitely has the coolest wheels.

Thanks for your review, though I can't bring myself to watch Mama Mia. I only recently found out that the members of Abba don't speak English, so now whenever I hear their music I feel like the butt of some great joke (on the stupid Americans who will buy anything even if we don't speaka the language. Ha ha). I refuse to listen to any of their music now and sadly, that includes moovie soundtracks.
Cow didn't like Mama Mia and encourages you to stay away. It looked as if it would be good but was a big disappointment.

The Joker makes this movie. That is all.
